These condo-hotel units are sold fully furnished, including linens, appliances, TV's and each comes with personal storage in the basement. As a member of the construction team, I helped build Sixty80 and supervised the installation of its interior finishes. This was a fun project that had its challenges, but was worth the end product. Details such as futon sofas to accommodate more guests per room, combo washer/dryer units to maximize space and the use of durable flooring material to withstand commercial use while maintaining a luxury feel are just a few of the design features that add value to these units.
