Helping someone sell or find the right property for them is a gratifying experience. Even more so when applying my knowledge to help them during the process. Moments when I can advise a client that a wall is not structural so it can be removed to open up the space, that there is water damage in an area that will create future issues or that the subflooring feels like it is compromised and may cost them more than they would like prior to putting in an offer, are instances that can make all the difference.
